Condition Structurally sound, but allowing for value enhancement through renovation, vacancy reduction and/or increase of below market rental rates.
Preferred Locations North-Central Baltimore City and the I-83 North/South Corridor of Baltimore County.

Opportunities outside of the preferred locations, but meeting other criteria, will be considered.
