Neighborhood

Ruxton is considered to be one of the premier neighborhoods in the Baltimore area. Nestled between Charles Street, Falls Road and Joppa Road in Baltimore County, it traces its roots back to 1794 when Colonel Nicholas Ruxton Moore, a Revolutionary War patriot and United States congressman, purchased the farm on which much of the neighborhood is now located.
